Yes, but it's interesting how certain countries tend to have VERY poor english while others speak it pretty much fluently... I'm norwegian myself, a language that's pretty different from english. Yet I don't have any problems with it. That said,...

It can easily be done, if you have the resources (ie ISK). With some smart buying of fuels and a profitable moon, one person can easily deal with a POS. However, you need to have plans for what you do when you go on a holiday for more than a week...

That is correct. You can only place POS at warp-ins at moons, and that is NEVER beside a station, stargate or anything else, just the moon... Was hoping for the same myself, but after some testing it was apparent that it wouldn't work... :(
